By accessing and using localremove, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for personal or commercial image editing purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you edit using our Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process illegal or infringing content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the application code.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: We make no claim of ownership over the images you process. Since all processing happens locally, your images remain yours and stay on your device.

Our Content: The design, code, and localremove brand are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

5. Free Use, Pro License, and Payments

The free version allows 3 image exports per day. Pro is a one-time $29 lifetime license purchased through PayPal.

• Pro is activated with the license email and license key.
• One Pro license may be activated on up to 2 devices.
• Batch features are planned for Pro and may appear as locked until released.
• All purchases are final, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that every image result will be perfect or suitable for every use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, localremove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
