• Process illegal or infringing content.

• Attempt to reverse engineer the application code.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: We make no claim of ownership over the images you process. Since all processing happens locally, your images remain yours and stay on your device.

Our Content: The design, code, and "localremove" brand are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit system for high-quality exports.

• Credits are stored locally in your browser. It is your responsibility to not clear your browser data if you have remaining credits.
• We provide a recovery code system to help you transfer credits between devices, but we cannot recover credits if the recovery code is lost.
• All purchases are final, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tool will perfectly remove every object or that the results will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall localremove be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
