We want you to be satisfied with localremove. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You purchased a credit pack within the last 7 days.
- You have used less than 10% of the purchased credits (or no credits).
- The tool failed to work on your device due to technical incompatibility.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not granted if:
- You have used a significant portion of your credits.
- You simply changed your mind after using the service successfully.
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@localremove.com with the following details:
- Your Recovery Code (found in the Credits menu).
- The email address used for payment (if provided during checkout).
- The reason for your refund request.
We process refund requests within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the funds will return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
