Refund Policy

We want localremove Pro to feel clear and fair. Pro is a one-time lifetime license, not a subscription.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You purchased Pro within the last 7 days.
  • The tool cannot run on your device because of a technical compatibility issue we cannot resolve.
  • You were charged twice for the same license email.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not granted if:

  • You successfully activated and used Pro, then simply changed your mind.
  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • The issue is caused by unsupported, illegal, or infringing image use.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@localremove.com with your license email, PayPal order ID, and a short description of the issue.

We review refund requests within 2-3 business days. If approved, PayPal sends the funds back to your original payment method.
